Graphite Strata is a polo shirt built around one idea, carried at full scale. The graphic is printed with dense colour and clean, defined edges.
Some prints ask permission. This one does not. This one takes a single motif and lets it run: at full scale, unapologetic, sized for a long lunch that runs past four. Cut from pique, and finished so the print stays the point.
Graphite Strata is not a subtle piece and was never trying to be. It is the one thing in the drawer that decides the rest of the outfit.

Graphite Strata begins as a visual concept developed at scale, then fitted to the garment rather than reduced to a conventional front graphic.
Small grey and white blocks stack into a dense, scratched grid, something like an aerial map or a wall of old masonry. Graphite Strata rewards a close look, its monochrome layered rather than flat and more intricate than it first appears.

The artwork is fitted to the garment rather than shrunk onto a panel. Everything else, cut, weight and finish, exists to keep the print looking the way it was composed.
